Mr.
Bulat is a Partner of Envirotech Engineering and specializes in
contaminated site assessment and remediation. Mr. Bulat's
experience includes approximately 20 years of contaminant assessment and
remediation experience for many of the national oil companies, as well
as private industry.
Projects have involved Phase I Environmental
Audits, soil and groundwater contaminant assessment-delineation drilling
programs, UST removals, landfill assessments, groundwater monitoring,
remediation, technical support for legal counsel and liaison with
environmental regulatory authorities.

Mr.
Hart, a Partner of Envirotech Engineering, is a chemical engineer with 20 years of experience in providing
environmental services to chemical manufacturing and oil and
gas clients.
Through
the years, Mr. Hart has worked with a broad range of both large and
small oil and gas companies in the development of their GHG and CAC
emission inventories. He is intimately familiar with the
calculation methodologies used for developing emission inventories, and
the requirements of such inventory programs as the National Pollutant Release Inventory
(NPRI), as well as various other federal and provincial greenhouse gas
initiatives. Mr. Hart's
in-depth knowledge in this area provided him the ability to create the
technical specifications from which Emission Manager™ was constructed
(see www.envirosoft.ca for
further information). He specializes in providing assistance to
existing and potential clients in the development of their emission
inventories, and continues to provide valuable guidance in the ongoing
development of Emission Manager™ to ensure that it continues to meet
the evolving needs of our industry clients.
Mr.
Hart also specializes in providing technical environmental and
regulatory support for a number of clients in the oil and gas and power
generation sectors. He has extensive experience in the preparation
of regulatory applications on a broad range of oil and gas and power
projects for submission to both Alberta Environment and the Energy and
Utilities Board. Mr. Hart has worked closely with a number of
clients to develop and implement their environmental management
systems. Furthermore, he has prepared numerous environmental
procedures manuals that contain facility compliance requirements,
release reporting procedures, spill protection plans and waste
management plans.

Mr. Trefiak is
the Division Manager of Target Emission Services. He has over
seven years of experience working in environmental management and
oilfield services. He has specialized in emission reduction and
energy efficiency projects and has experience in both conventional and
leading edge fugitive emission detection technologies.
Mr. Trefiak
brings a wealth of experience in the use of the Flir GasfindIR, Hi Flow
Sampler, and other fugitive emission equipment. He was the first
person in Canada to use the GasfindIR technology in upstream oil and gas
facilities and remains the most experienced camera operator in Canada.
Mr. Trefiak has developed extensive Fugitive Emission Management
Programs for some of the largest oil and gas companies in Canada.
